Workshop profile
In the first two sessions the topic will be addressed of codependency, what do we understand by this concept, how it affects us in our relationships and some explanations about the origins of this way of relating.
In the next four sessions we will dedicate ourselves to learning about some tools that can help us carry out more conscious life and to overcome some of the difficulties that come with codependent relationships.

Sessions goals
Session 1: Understanding codependency
Identify what codependency is and how it may be affecting my personal life.

Session 2: Addressing the origins of codependency
By recognizing some of the origins of codependency, an attempt is made to de-pathologize this concept.

Session 3:Learning about emotions
Recognize how emotions work in our lives and how we can practice a way to manage them more efficiently.
​
Session 4: Limits as a tool for self-affirmation. Have an idea of ​​what limits are and how we can start practicing them.
​
Sessions 5 & 6: Self-esteem or the exercise of consciously managing my life. Learn some practices to strengthen self-esteem.
